本文根据学习动机理论,描述哈尔滨剑桥学院商务英语学习者显著的英语学习动机类型和因子,分析与学习者学习成绩优异显著相关的学习动机类型和因子,探讨如何将学习者的学习动机转化为学习行为。笔者希望通过本研究的数据描述为民办本科院校商务英语教学和管理提供参考。
Based on the theory of learning motivation, this paper describes the significant types and factors of English learning motivations of business English learners in Cambridge University in Harbin, and analyzes the types and factors of learning motivations that are significantly related to learners ’academic performance. It also explores how learners’ learning motivation can be translated into learning behavior. The author hopes to provide a reference for business English teaching and management in private undergraduate colleges through the data description of this study.
