该文论述了皇甫川流域侵蚀与产沙的过程及其危害的严重性,并分析了府谷天桥电站对该流域下游河床淤积,以及皇甫川流域对天桥电站、黄河干流府谷段泥沙淤积的影响。同时笔者还对该流域主要侵蚀产沙方式,土壤侵蚀加剧的原因进行了分析。指出:人类开垦,是土壤侵蚀加剧的重要原因。降水偏少,且多暴雨及强烈风化的特殊基岩,是该流域成为黄河中游剧烈侵蚀地区的关键所在。因而“保护现存黄土,增加草灌覆盖,加强沟道防护工程”是目前皇甫川流域综合治理的根本措施。
This paper discusses the process of erosion and sediment production in Huangfuchuan watershed and the seriousness of the damage, and analyzes the siltation of the river bed at Fugu Tianqiao Power Station in the lower reaches of the Huangpuchuan River basin and the sedimentation of Huangpu River Basin to Tianqiao Power Station and Fugu section of the Yellow River Impact. At the same time, the author also analyzes the main causes of erosion and sediment yield in the basin and the reasons of soil erosion. Pointed out: human reclamation, soil erosion is an important reason. Precipitation is less, and more heavy rain and intense weathering of the bedrock, the basin has become the central area of the Yellow River violent erosion of the key. Therefore, “protecting the existing loess, increasing grass cover and strengthening channel protection project” is the fundamental measure for the comprehensive management of Huangfuchuan River Basin.
