系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种累及多系统多器官的自身免疫性疾病,其病因未明及发病机制复杂。MicroRNA(miRNA)作为新发现的参与高等生物基因表达调控的重要分子,参与了SLE的发病过程,本文主要阐述目前miRNA参与SLE发病机制的一些研究进展。
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease involving multiple systems and multiple organs. Its etiology is unknown and its pathogenesis is complicated. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have been involved in the pathogenesis of SLE as newly discovered genes involved in the regulation of higher biological gene expression. This paper mainly expounds the current research progress of miRNAs involved in the pathogenesis of SLE.
