湖南冶金地质勘探研究所情报室曾于1967年12月推荐了西安实验室用乙二胺代替NH_4OH——NH_4C1底液,极谱法测定Cu、Zn、Cd的方法。我们在1975年9月按原介绍的方法作Cu的标准曲线,发现在50毫升底液中含15%乙二胺4毫升时,极化电位变化较大,且含Cu从0.5毫克至4毫克间的线性关系不好。我们在原方法的基础上,通过实验,发现每55毫升底液中含70%乙二胺0.8毫升,氯化铵1.5克时,含Cu量从0.025毫克至20毫克间的线
