Innovative talents have drawn much attention as the core of education. Creativity is the common requirement of all kinds of talented people and the basis of cultivating creative talents. In carrying out the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, adult higher education is the main force for the popularization of higher education in our country. How to Strengthen Creativity Training is an Important Subject in the Reform and Development of Adult Higher Education and It is worth studying in depth.
