报告了应用自体游离骨膜移植修复关节软骨缺损13例。术后随访15～29个月，平均22.4月。治疗结果：优3例，良7例，可2例，差1例，优良率为76.9%。叙述了切除游离骨膜、放置和固定的方法，讨论了影响自体游离骨膜移植效果的因素。由于自体游离骨膜来源广，移植后产生的软骨质量高，为修复创伤、退变等病因造成的关节软骨缺损提供了一种新的有效方法。
自体游离骨膜移植修复关节软骨缺损的临床应用
