转抗寒基因杏果实饲喂小白鼠试验的研究

为探究转抗寒基因杏果实的食用安全性。本研究将转抗寒基因大果杏和普通大果杏的果肉和杏仁按照高剂量、低剂量、对照组分别饲喂小白鼠,对其血常规、肝功、肾功指标进行检测。结果表明:饲喂不同剂量转抗寒基因杏果肉和杏仁的小白鼠与对照组无显著性差异,未发现食用转抗寒基因杏的小白鼠有不良反应。在一定程度上说明转抗寒基因杏对小白鼠是安全的,加之人类的小白鼠的消化等系统基本相似,可以初步推断食用转抗寒基因杏对人类可能是安全的。 In order to explore the safety of cold-adapted apricot fruit food. In this study, the mice were fed with high and low dose of almonds and fruits of big fruit apricot and common apricot of cold hardiness gene, and their blood routine, liver function and renal function were tested. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the mice fed different doses of cold-adapted apricot pulp and almonds and the control group. No adverse reactions were found in the mice fed on the transgenic cold-adapted apricot. To a certain extent, it is safe for mice to switch to cold-adapted gene apricot. In addition, the system of digestion of human mice is basically similar, and it can be preliminarily concluded that it may be safe for human beings to consume transgenic cold-adapted apricots.
