1957年8月,第二机械工业部机修专家达维多夫同志曾来我厂机械科协助工作。专家的工作任务主要是对机修钳工在刮研操作上进行示范及传授。另外对改进刮研用的工具也提出了许多宝贵建议,其中以圆形刮刀最受工人欢迎,重庆、南京等地随专家学习的学员,也对圆形刮刀发生强烈的兴趣。大家一致认为圆形刮刀比原来的三角刮刀具有更大的优越性。目前这种刮刀,已在我厂机修系统取得普遍推广。现在把它介绍出来:圆形刮刀的结构形式见[图一]。
In August 1957, Comrade Davidov, a machine maintenance expert from the Second Ministry of Machinery Industry, came to our factory for assistance in the engineering department. The task of the expert is mainly to demonstrate and teach the mechanics of the fitter on the scratching operation. In addition, many valuable suggestions have been put forward for improving the tools for scraping. Among them, round scrapers are most welcomed by workers, and students who studied with experts in Chongqing and Nanjing also have a strong interest in round scrapers. Everyone agrees that the circular scraper has greater advantages than the original triangular scraper. At present, this kind of scraper has been widely promoted in our machine repair system. Now introduce it: The structure of the circular scraper is shown in [Figure 1].
