利用TEM研究了Zn Al40合金在固溶时效过程中发生的非连续脱溶沉淀.结果表明:Zn Al40合金非连续沉淀既可发生受晶界迁移控制的常规胞状反应,形成片层相间的α Al+η Zn平衡组织,又可在晶内自发形核生长,发生自催化胞状反应,形成α Al基体上分布岛状的η Zn平衡组织.两种胞状组织形成的多少与时效温度有关.
TEM was used to study the discontinuous desolventizing precipitation of Zn Al 40 alloy during solution aging.The results show that the discontinuous precipitation of Zn Al 40 alloy can occur regular cell-like reactions controlled by grain boundary migration and form αAl + η Zn balance organization, but also spontaneous nucleation in the crystal growth, autocatalytic cell-like reaction, the formation of α Al matrix island equilibrating η Zn balance of the two cell-like tissue formation and aging temperature.
