上海电工合金厂在上海材料研究所,上海电炉厂和上海市电器科学研究所的配合下,试制成功一种供高温工业电炉用的材料——1400℃铁铬铝合金电阻材料。这种材料的主要技术性能如下:1.工作温度1400℃;2.电阻率1.5±0.1欧·平方毫米/米,3.电阻温度系数-1×10~(-5)/℃;4.比重7.1克/厘米;5.抗拉强度75~80公斤/平方毫米;6.延伸率>12%;7.快速寿命试验1400℃;60小时。
With the cooperation of Shanghai Institute of Materials, Shanghai Electric Furnace Factory and Shanghai Electric Apparatus Research Institute, Shanghai Electrotechnical Alloy Factory succeeded in trial production of a 1400 ℃ iron-chromium aluminum alloy resistive material for high-temperature industrial electric furnace. The main technical properties of this material are as follows: 1. Operating temperature 1400 ℃; 2. Resistivity 1.5 ± 0.1 ohm · square mm / m, 3. Temperature coefficient of resistance -1 × 10 -5 / ℃; 4. Specific gravity 7.1 g / cm; 5. Tensile strength 75 ~ 80 kg / mm; 6. Elongation> 12%; 7. Fast life test 1400 ℃; 60 hours.
