目的:观察芳香开窍药对脑水肿大鼠脑组织SOD、MDA水平的影响,以探讨芳香开窍法对缺血性中风的治疗作用机理,为临床上运用芳香开窍法提供实验依据。方法:采用pulsinelli的4vo法建立大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,检测脑组织水含量以及超氧化物歧化酶及丙二醛水平。结果:①芳香开窍中药能降低缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织含水量,与模型组及尼莫通组比较具有显著性意义(P<0.01);②芳香开窍药能提高缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织SOD水平,与模型组及尼莫通组比较具有显著性意义(P<0.01);③芳香开窍中药能降低缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织 MDA含量,与模型组及尼莫通组比较具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:芳香开窍药能降低缺血性脑水肿,其机制可能通过减少脑组织MDA含量及升高SOD水平有关,这可能是其芳香开窍法的机理之一。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of aromatic herbs on brain SOD and MDA levels in rats with cerebral edema, and to explore the therapeutic mechanism of aroma-cracking therapy for ischemic stroke, and to provide experimental evidence for the clinical application of aromatherapy. METHODS: A rat model of global ischemia and reperfusion was established using the pulsinelli 4 vo method. The brain tissue water content and superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde levels were measured. RESULTS:(1) Aromatic Herbs can decrease the water content of brain tissue in rats with ischemia-reperfusion, and have significant difference compared with the model group and the Nimotop group (P<0.01); 2) Aromatic Herbs can improve the rats with ischemia and reperfusion. The SOD level in the brain was significantly higher than that in the model group and the Nimotop group (P<0.01).3 Astragalus membranaceus could reduce the MDA content in the brain tissue of rats with ischemia-reperfusion, compared with the model group and the Nimotop group. Significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Aromatic resuscitation can reduce ischemic cerebral edema, and its mechanism may be related to the decrease of MDA content in brain tissue and increase of SOD level, which may be one of the mechanisms of its aroma-clearing method.
