以藿香正气软胶囊为对照，观察柴连口服液对感冒（风寒挟湿证）的疗效，结果表明：治疗组总有效率为９０．９１％，对照组为７７．５％，两组有显著性差异。治疗前后两组体温均有明显下降，两组比较无显著差异；２４ｈ体温复常率和总有效率以治疗组为优。
Using Huoxiang Zhengqi Soft Capsule as a control, the efficacy of Chai Lian Oral Liquid on cold (wind and dampness dampness syndrome) was observed. The results showed that the total effective rate was 90.91% in the treatment group and 77.5% in the control group. Significant difference. Before and after treatment, both groups showed a significant decrease in body temperature, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. The 24-hour body temperature normalization rate and total effective rate were superior to the treatment group.
