近来,由于含硬杂质的低质船用燃油应用增多,因而普遍引起了活塞环和环槽不正常磨损。为了解决这个问题,洋马公司三年前开始研究并开发了激光淬火系统,同时成功地开发了二氧化碳激光活塞环槽淬火工艺。这种工艺从去年开始已经应用于中型和大型柴油机的批量生产中,其中包括洋马M200柴油机。该种柴油机是六缸中速柴油机,当转速为720~1000r/min时,其额定功率为450~670KW。
Recently, due to the increased use of low-quality marine fuel containing hard impurities, it has generally caused abnormal wear of piston rings and ring grooves. In order to solve this problem, Yanmar started researching and developing a laser quenching system three years ago and successfully developed a CO2 laser piston ring groove quenching process. This process has been applied to mass production of medium- and large-size diesel engines since last year, including the Yanmar M200 diesel engine.
