3-二乙胺基丙胺和醋酸锌反应合成了一种新型锌金属配合物,通过红外光谱、核磁氢谱和元素分析等对其结构进行了表征。研究其在催化芳醛和硝基甲烷反应方面的性能,考察了溶剂、催化剂用量、三乙胺和催化剂重复使用性等因素对反应的影响。结果表明:以甲醇为溶剂、催化剂的用量比为12mol%,锌金属配合物在三乙胺的辅助下具有良好的催化性能;并且,催化剂在经过5次使用后,依然能以高于70%的产率得到相应的B-硝基醇产物。
A novel zinc-metal complex was synthesized from 3-diethylaminopropylamine and zinc acetate. Its structure was characterized by IR, 1H-NMR and elemental analysis. The catalytic performance of the reaction between aromatic aldehyde and nitromethane was investigated. The effects of solvent, catalyst dosage, the reactivity of triethylamine and catalyst on the reaction were investigated. The results showed that the methanol / methanol ratio of the catalyst was 12mol%, and the zinc metal complex had good catalytic performance with the aid of triethylamine. Moreover, after 5 times of use, the catalyst could still be used in more than 70% Yields the corresponding B-nitroalcohol product.
