以就业为导向对高职院校教育进行改革,符合新时代社会对人才实践能力、应用能力等方面要求,也是高职院校培养高技能型、实用型人才的必然选择。本文主要从人才培养模式、实践教学改进、配套设施建设以及师资队伍建设等方面详细探讨了以就业为导向的高职教育改革策略,希望对高职院校教育改革的深入推行贡献微薄之力。 Employment-oriented reform of higher vocational education is in line with the new era of social requirements of practical ability of talents, ability to apply and so on, but also vocational colleges to train highly skilled and practical talents of the inevitable choice. This paper mainly discusses the employment-oriented reform strategy of higher vocational education in terms of personnel training mode, improvement of practical teaching, construction of supporting facilities and construction of teaching staff. It hopes to contribute to the modest reform of higher vocational education reform.
