目的了解东莞市厚街镇医疗机构消毒灭菌效果,为加强消毒工作的监督管理提供科学依据。方法按照《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》(GB 15981-1995)、《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB 15982-1995)和卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)采样和检测要求,2011-2013年对东莞市厚街镇医疗机构的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手和使用中消毒液、紫外线杀菌灯进行了采样和检测。结果 2011-2013年共检测医疗机构消毒样本数为1 958份,合格份数为1466份,总合格率为74.87%,2013年检测合格率为79.29%;不同检测项目检测中,使用中消毒液检测合格率89.73%,室内空气检测合格率51.11%;不同类别的医疗机构消毒质量检测中,村卫生站检测合格率最低,仅为62.08%。结论厚街镇医疗机构消毒检测合格率呈逐年上升趋势,不同级别的医疗机构消毒质量差别较大,村卫生站消毒质量有待提高。
Objective To understand the effect of disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions in Houjie Town, Dongguan City, and provide a scientific basis for strengthening the supervision and management of disinfection work. Methods According to the sampling and testing requirements of “Methods and Criteria for the Evaluation of Disinfection and Sterilization Effects” (GB 15981-1995), “Sanitary Standard for Hospital Disinfection” (GB 15982-1995) and “Disinfection Technical Specification” (2002 edition) of the Ministry of Health, 2011-2013 Sampling and testing of indoor air, surface of objects, hand of medical staff and disinfectant and UV germicidal lamp used in medical institutions in Houjie Town, Dongguan City. Results A total of 1 958 disinfectant samples were obtained from medical institutions in 2011-2013, with a total of 1466 qualified samples, with a total pass rate of 74.87% and a pass rate of 79.29% in 2013. In different test items, disinfectant solution 89.73% pass rate and 51.11% pass rate were detected in indoor air; in the disinfection quality test of different types of medical institutions, the pass rate of village health station was the lowest, only 62.08%. Conclusions The passing rate of disinfection and testing in medical institutions in Houjie is on the rise year by year. The disinfection quality varies greatly among medical institutions at different levels, and the quality of disinfection in village clinics needs to be improved.
