目前大部分工厂金属下料均采用弓形锯或圆盘锯。自动化程度低,锯口宽,浪费原材料,噪声较大。采用带锯切割金属材料,因锯口窄,切割φ100mm的45#圆钢30秒,噪声小,可实现高效、节能、节材。在某些大批量切割金属材料的生产部门,如轴承厂、电机厂、机床厂等部门,最宜使用该设备。它已为国家技经委列入48项高效、节能、节材的高新技术产品。为进一步提高生产效率及加工精度,我们特研制出了该机床的微电脑闭环控制系统。 1 性能指标 (1)能实现11个动作的全自动无人化操作,能给出10种不同的切割长度与其相应的10种不同的
