开发低渗透、低丰度、低产量的复杂油藏的风险性较大，本文通过对影响开发决策风险性的因素进行了分析，通过采用概率统计理论对低渗透油田开发风险性进行评价研究，可降低油田开发决策的风险性，对“三低”油藏的开发具有指导性意义。
