国有大型骨干企业长江液压件厂党委为了解和掌握职工对企业在转变观念,深化改革,扭亏脱困,再创辉煌工作的思想认识和看法,为进一步深化企业改革,为促进企业的振兴和发展,为企业领导提供决策依据,于日前在占全厂10.2％的职工中进行了一次职工思想动态问卷调查。这次问卷调查共下发问卷调查表200份,实际收回191份,回收率达95.5％。被调查职工中,干部占52.36％,工人占47.64％。
