应用离子选择电极测定溶液中某离子的电位,经常使用酸度计,但一般酸度计的分辩值为2 mv,不能满足分析测定的要求,给测定结果带来较大的误差。为了提高离子选择电极测定溶液电位的精度,我们应用高电阻直流电位差计与PHS—2型酸度计相联。用酸度计的“pH”档粗示电位值,且将酸度计的pH分辩值由1.2 mv调至每格1mv,精确电位值则由高电阻电位差计读出,可准至0.1mv,提高了测定结果的准确性。
