1976年Loberg等用经肝细胞排入胆道的~(99m)锝标记的利多卡因衍化物[~(99m)Tc-N-(2,6-dimethylphenylcarbamoylmethyl)iminodiacetic acid](HIDA)作肝胆闪烁照相。这类衍化物有多种,它们在胆道内的浓度较~(131)Ⅰ玫瑰红为高,所标记~(99m)Tc的放射强度亦较~(131)Ⅰ标记的为大,能更好地显示胆管轮廓。PIPIDA(para-isopropyl acetanilido-iminodiaeetic acid)即其中一种,它从肝细胞排泌至胆道的速率适中。
