为验证钢梁翼缘开孔后按照等强设计方法进行的补强措施的合理性,在进行的15根梁跨度1/3点静力加载梁试件中,本文选取一根完整试件和一根跨中开三个孔并进行补强的试件梁进行比较分析,开孔孔径为40mm,补强板尺寸240mm×145mm×10mm。试验结果表明:开孔补强试件的极限承载力大于完整试件2.46%,屈服荷载前者小于后者2.1%,两试件荷载—位移曲线贴合比较好,充分说明补强措施的合理性,可以为工程应用提供参考。
In order to verify the rationality of reinforcement measures according to the isopower design method after the opening of steel beam flange, a complete test specimen and a Cross-open three holes and reinforce the specimen beam comparative analysis of open aperture of 40mm, reinforcing plate size 240mm × 145mm × 10mm.
