卓越经济学人才培养应该强调动手实践教学,加强社会实践和创新能力的培养。要实现这一目标,必须对传统的经济学人才培养模式进行反思,改变“重理论、轻实践”的培养理念,并在培养方案制定主体的选择、培养方式、培养过程等方面进行创新。首先,要确立由学生、用人单位和教师“三位一体”培养方案制定模式;在培养方式上应该遵循理论课程学习与实践活动相结合的路径,并将其落实到培养过程中。
Cultivation of excellence in economics should emphasize hands-on teaching and strengthen the cultivation of social practice and innovation ability. In order to achieve this goal, we must reflect on the traditional mode of economic personnel training, change the training concept of “emphasizing theory and practice”, and innovate in the aspects such as the choice of training subject, training methods and training process . First of all, it is necessary to establish a model for formulating programs by students, employers and teachers. In terms of training methods, we should follow the path of integrating theoretical courses with practical activities and put them into practice.
