针对电站锅炉燃用煤种多变和负荷多变的问题,提出了一种新型的旋流燃烧技术,即利用在一次风管中加装浓缩构件实行煤粉浓淡分离的浓谈旋流燃烧器。介绍采用三维相位多普勒颗粒分析仪(PDA)对浓谈旋流燃烧器和双调风旋流燃烧器出口区域两相流场进行了实验研究,得出了两种燃烧器几何结构下气固两相流场和浓度场的分布规律,并且进行了理论分析,证明了浓谈燃烧的优越性。
Aiming at the problem of variable coal burning and variable load for power plant boilers, a new type of swirl combustion technology is proposed, that is, the use of concentrated components in a primary air duct to implement pulverized coal concentration separation swirl burner . The three-phase phase Doppler particle analyzer (PDA) was used to investigate the two-phase flow field in the outlet region of the combustor and the dual-tone cyclone combustor. Experimental results were obtained for the two kinds of combustor geometries Solid-two-phase flow field and the distribution of concentration field, and conducted a theoretical analysis to prove the advantages of concentrated talk combustion.
