俄罗斯联邦大厦转换层钢结构为大型钢桁架结构。其主要构件为超厚热轧H钢,局部为厚钢板焊接的异形柱,钢构件重量大、长度长,吊装难度大。本文着重从俄罗斯联邦大厦转换层钢结构的预拼装、吊装、高强螺栓施工、测量、焊接等方面来阐述俄罗斯联邦大厦工程钢结构施工工艺,同时对其平面控制点和高程控制点进行放线、测量定位的控制,指出了测量控制的难点和质量控制措施。确保了整体工期和经济效益。
