本文对烤烟缓苗期、团稞期、旺长期、现蕾期、成熟期五个不同生育期茎、叶中的氮、磷、钾含量分别进行了测定。结果表明：不同生育时期的进程，茎、叶中氮、磷、钾含量有程度不同的降低，并大致趋于稳定；在同一生育期，叶子中氮、磷的积累要比茎中的高，而钾的积累在生育前期，茎中含量较高，后期减少，变化幅度较大，叶子中的含量则较茎低，后期减少，变化幅度较小。
The contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the stems and leaves of five different growth stages of flue-cured tobacco were studied in the period of rearing seedling, bollworm stage, flourishing stage, budding stage and mature stage respectively. The results showed that the contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in stems and leaves decreased with different degrees in different growth stages and generally stabilized. During the same growth period, the accumulation of nitrogen and phosphorus in leaves was higher than that in stems, The accumulation of potassium in the early growth stage, the stem content is higher, later decreased, the larger the magnitude of change, the content of leaves than the stem low, the latter decrease, the smaller the magnitude of change.
