选拔人才是当前一项重要战略任务,但人才遴选是一项复杂的工作,必须将它视为一类决策问题来研究,该决策问题需要综合运用多种学科的知识和经验来解决。这里着重对人才遴选的决策方法加以介绍,以便为更进一步研究提供参考。
Talent selection is an important strategic task at present. However, talent selection is a complicated task. It must be treated as a kind of decision-making problem, which needs to be solved by comprehensively using the knowledge and experience of various disciplines. Here we mainly introduce the decision-making method of talent selection in order to provide reference for further research.
