本文通过5年(1988～1992)来,对“0～Ⅲ”各期尘肺51例胸部C、T与其胸常规片、胸高仟伏片以及2例尸检病理进行对比研究。修正诊断和鉴别诊断共21例,占41.17％。2例尸检病理结果高出胸常规片、高仟伏片一个期;与C、T、胸平片结合诊断基表一致。对肺部病灶块形进行C、T值测定,肿瘤块形C、T值41～58.7Hu,尘肺融合块形C、T值78～140Hu。结核硬结、钙化块影217～747Hu当尘肺合并肺气肿或结核时,采用胸平片和C、T胸片结合诊断,可提高尘肺诊断和鉴别诊断率。
This article through 5 years (1988 ~ 1992) to the “0 ~ Ⅲ” stage pneumoconiosis 51 cases of chest C, T and its chest routine, chest high-kV tablets and 2 cases of autopsy pathology were compared. A total of 21 cases of modified diagnosis and differential diagnosis, accounting for 41.17%. 2 cases of autopsy pathological results higher than the conventional chest, high-waving one period; and C, T, chest radiographs combined with the diagnosis of base table consistent. C and T values were determined on the block of lung lesions. The tumor mass C and T values ranged from 41 to 58.7Hu, and the pneumoconiosis block C and T values ranged from 78 to 140Hu. Tuberculous induration, calcification block 217 ~ 747Hu pneumoconiosis with emphysema or tuberculosis, the use of chest radiograph and C, T chest radiography combined diagnosis can improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.
