四川省力学学会流体控制专业委员会成立大会暨首届学术交流会1987年4月12日在四川省沪州市长江液压件厂召开。来自全省各地厂、所院校的高职称专家学者及中年科技人员共46名。会议由理事长张保德同志致开幕词。中国力学学会流体控制工程专业委员会发来了贺电表示祝贺。四川省机械工程学会、沪州市机械局、沪州市科协等单位的负责同志出席了会议并讲话,祝贺会议成立。会议以两天半时间进行了学术报告及信息交流。专题报告 The Inauguration Conference and the First Academic Exchange Meeting of the Fluid Control Professional Committee of the Sichuan Society of Mechanics, April 12, 1987, was held on the Changjiang Hydraulic Parts Factory in Shanghai, Sichuan Province. A total of 46 high-ranking experts and scholars and middle-aged scientists and technicians from factories and institutions across the province. The meeting was opened by Comrade Zhang Baode, Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Fluid Control Engineering Committee of the Chinese Society of Mechanics sent a congratulatory message. Responsible comrades from Sichuan Mechanical Engineering Society, Shanghai Municipal Machinery Bureau, and Shanghai City Science and Technology Association attended the meeting and delivered speeches to congratulate the meeting.
