文学批评的形象和面貌是由诸多批评者的批评行为和批评文字构成的,在为文学批评把脉,为其诊断病情、寻找病根的时候,应该尽量避免笼而统之和以偏概全。当我们把目光停留在不同地域、不同批评群体、不同批评者身上时,我们的诊断结果和开出的药方应该是各不相同的。以辽宁为范围谈文学批评,不是我们有狭隘的地域情结,而是因为文学批评确实存在着一定的地域特色和地域性问题。三十多年来,辽宁的文学批评表现出了自己的努力和实绩,但是,与全国文学批评整体相比,总的说来,还略显沉寂、保守,批评成员间沟通、联合、协同发展的程度不够。辽宁文学批评要树立声音嘹亮、势头强劲、影响广泛的鲜活形象,既有赖于我们对全国乃至世界性热点、焦点文艺问题的关注热情和言说能力,也有赖于我们开掘新的话题、形成自己的群体、营造自己的特色和影响的能力。
