在建设学习型班组中,重庆松藻矿务局某矿一机修班组的12名职工找准方向,制定目标,刻苦“充电”,成绩不俗:有6名职工一举通过中级技工考试,另有3人获得了大专学历证书。然而,这个组员整体技术文化水准提升较快的班组,却缺乏凝聚力,班组长指挥经常失灵,几个骨干各自为阵,出煤班组意见不断,令人头痛。这种现象应引起我们关注。
