通过量纲分析建立电超滤—溶析结晶过程中膜通量变化的仿真模型,根据实验数据对模型的相应参数进行回归求解,获得该过程的控制模型.研究结果表明,利用量纲分析法仿真复杂的膜分离过程是简便有效的,基于仿真模型无因交次群的组合设计相应的实验可使控制模型达到较高的预测精度.
