伴有牙根吸收的后牙C形根管的治疗相对困难,此类患牙根尖狭窄区已被破坏,常规的根管充填不能完善地封闭根尖区从而易产生微渗漏,导致治疗失败。此外,充填物也容易挤压出根尖引起超充。三氧化矿物凝聚体(mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA)是近年来备受青睐的生物材料,使用后可诱导根尖屏障形成,是治疗伴有牙根吸收恒牙的有效方法[1]。本文报告1例MTA治疗磨牙伴根尖吸收的慢性根尖周炎病例,评价其治疗效
The treatment of posterior C-shaped root canal with root resorption is relatively difficult. The root apex stenosis area in such a tooth has been destroyed. Conventional root canal filling can not completely close the apical area and thus microleakage easily results in failure of treatment.
