营养基质水分饱和一直是漂浮育苗生产中普遍存在的问题。与其有关的症状是 :烟苗生长不良、生长过多的藻类和形成螺旋根。研究证实 ,营养基质的紧密度与螺旋根的生成有关。烟草漂浮育苗常用基质的持水能力范围变化很大。本试验的目的是测定营养基质持水能力与螺旋根发生率之间的关系。应用 7个品牌的营养基质和 6种新配营养基质 (含有椰子纤维制品 )进行了试验。将无土营养介质和TN90烟草包衣种子均匀地装入聚苯乙烯托盘 (2 4 2孔 )中 ,播种后 14~ 17d调查记录螺旋根形成的数量。回归分析表明 ,螺旋根与营养基质中水分含量无相关关系。因此 ,营养基质水分含量不是判断是否可形成螺旋根的标准。
Water saturation of nutrient matrix has always been a common problem in floating seedling production. The symptoms associated with it are: poor growth of tobacco seedlings, excessive growth of algae and formation of spiral roots. Studies confirm that the tightness of the nutrient matrix is related to the formation of helical roots. The range of water holding capacity of commonly used substrates for tobacco floating seedlings varies greatly. The purpose of this experiment was to determine the relationship between nutrient substrate capacity and helical root incidence. The application of seven brands of nutrition matrix and six kinds of new nutrition matrix (containing coconut fiber products) were tested. The soil-free nutrient medium and TN90 tobacco-coated seeds were evenly packed in polystyrene trays (224 holes) and the number of helical root formation was recorded 14 to 17 days after sowing. Regression analysis showed that there was no correlation between helical root and water content in nutrient matrix. Therefore, the nutrient matrix moisture content is not a criterion for judging whether helical roots can be formed.
