目的:研究水杉总黄酮对心律失常的作用。方法:采用多种实验性心律失常模型。结果:水杉总黄酮10mg/kgip可推迟乌头碱诱发的大鼠心律失常的出现时间,缩短持续时间;提高氯化钙诱发大鼠心律失常的阈剂量;增加哇巴因诱发豚鼠心律失常的用量;还能对抗心肌缺血复灌所致的大鼠心律失常。结论:水杉总黄酮具有广泛的抗心律失常作用。
Objective: To study the effect of total flavones from Metasequoia on arrhythmia. Methods: A variety of experimental arrhythmia models were used. Results: Metasequoia total flavonoids 10mg / kgip can delay emergence of aconitine induced rat arrhythmia, shorten the duration; increase the threshold dose of calcium chloride induced arrhythmia in rats; increase ouabain guinea pig arrhythmia dosage ; But also against myocardial ischemia reperfusion induced arrhythmia in rats. Conclusion: Metasequoia total flavonoids have a wide range of anti-arrhythmic effects.
