研究表明,处理后2个月内,经0.1活性单位月光花素处理的甘薯叶片叶绿素含量提高10%~18%,净光合作用强度未变;块根可溶性蛋白质含量增加17%~22%,在电泳图谱上出现一条新的蛋白质带;块根淀粉磷酸化酶活力提高30%左右.块根α-淀粉酶活力在扦插后100、140、160d分别比对照低18%、15%和19%.处理组块根总淀粉积累量比对照高30%左右.作者认为,月光花素对甘薯早期生长的促进作用为其后期的生长奠定了基础,并促进了甘薯发育后期块根的生长.
The results showed that within 2 months after treatment, the chlorophyll content of sweet potato treated with 0.1 activity unit rose 10% -18%, the net photosynthesis intensity remained unchanged; the content of soluble protein increased by 17% -22% A new protein band appeared on the electropherogram. The activity of root starch phosphorylase increased about 30%. The root-a-amylase activity was 18%, 15% and 19% lower than that of the control at 100, 140 and 160 days after cutting. The root starch accumulation in the treatment group was about 30% higher than that in the control. The author believes that the promotion effect of moonflower on sweet potato early growth lays the foundation for its later growth and promotes the growth of tuberous root in the late stage of sweet potato.
