Dobutamine(多巴酚丁胺)从异丙基肾上腺素合成,对β_1受体有选择性作用,对末稍血管无双相性反应。其血循动力学特征:(1)使心肌收缩力、冠状动脉血流量及心排出量增加;(2)因为窦房结激活或促进传导作用造成心律不明原因的作用较弱;(3)对β_2、α受体作用较弱,有轻度升压作用;(4)促使心脏向肾脏排血量增加,提高肾血流量。是目前较理想的治疗各种不同程度急慢性心功能不全的良药。脑血管虽和其他脏器同样有丰富的植物神经分布,但并不能得到外因性儿茶酚胺的影响,因脑对外周血压的改变有神经、化学、代谢及肌性等极其强烈的自身调节结构的参与,故脑血流量对外周平均动脉压在50~150mmHg时无甚变动。但有脑部血管病、肿瘤或外伤等时,脑循环发生自身调节障碍,
