本研究结果表明,随氮素用量的增加,烤烟地上部的生长速度、茎粗、叶面积指数均增加,但各个时期变化程度不尽相同;除团棵期外,其余各期均随氮用量增加,硝酸还原酶活力有提高趋势,特别在旺长期,这一趋势更明显,因此可通过测定硝酸还原酶活力探知氮素水平;随氮素用量增加,叶绿素含量均增加,但到生长中后期以施60kg/hm2纯氮处理叶绿素含量适中,能正常落黄成熟;施60kg/hm2纯氮处理几种化学成分比值优于其它处理,内在品质颇佳;施60kg/hm2纯氮素处理产量适中,产值最高,90kg/hm2纯氮处理次之。
