利用脲衍生物型手性固定相正相直接拆分D,L-去甲麻黄碱对映异构体,优化的分离条件为正己烷-二氯乙烷-异丙醇(73.5251.5),异构体的出峰次序符合手性拆分的三点相互作用原理;同时探讨了不同的极性调节剂对分离的影响,并指出了四氢呋喃在拆分中的特殊作用。
The enantiomers of D, L-nor-ephedrine were directly resolved using the positive phase of urea derivative-type chiral stationary phase. The optimal separation conditions were n-hexane-dichloroethane- isopropanol (73.5251.5 ), The peak order of the isomers conforms to the principle of three-point interaction of chiral resolution. At the same time, the influence of different polarity regulators on the separation is discussed. The special role of tetrahydrofuran in the resolution is also pointed out.
