目的评价抗dsDNA-NcX抗体对SLE诊断的敏感性和特异性,并了解其与SLE活动性的关系。方法分别检测SLE患者、疾病对照组(包括干燥综合征、类风湿关节炎和系统性硬化症)和健康人对照组血清抗dsDNA-NcX抗体,并与抗dsDNA抗体和抗核小体抗体比较。结果抗dsDNA-NcX抗体对SLE的敏感性(69.2%,63/91)显著高于抗dsDNA抗体(52.7%,48/91),P<0.05,与抗核小体抗体(60.4%,55/91)相当,P>0.05。三种抗体特异性分别为95.8%(114/119)、96.6%(115/119)和98.3%(117/119),P>0.05。抗dsDNA-NcX抗体滴度与SLE患者的SLEDAI评分呈正相关(r=0.260,P<0.05)。结论抗dsDNA-NcX抗体对SLE诊断的敏感性高,特异性强,与SLE活动性相关,有助于提高SLE的诊断率。
Objective To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of anti-dsDNA-NcX antibody for the diagnosis of SLE and to understand its relationship with SLE activity. Methods Serum anti-dsDNA-NcX antibodies were detected in patients with SLE, disease control group (including Sjogren’s syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis and systemic sclerosis) and healthy controls, and compared with anti-dsDNA antibody and anti-nucleosomal antibody. Results The sensitivity of anti-dsDNA-NcX antibody to SLE was significantly higher than that of anti-dsDNA antibody (52.7%, 48/91) (P <0.05) 91), P> 0.05. The specificity of the three antibodies was 95.8% (114/119), 96.6% (115/119) and 98.3% (117/119) respectively, P> 0.05. The titer of anti-dsDNA-NcX antibody was positively correlated with SLEDAI score of SLE patients (r = 0.260, P <0.05). Conclusion The anti-dsDNA-NcX antibodies are highly sensitive and specific for the diagnosis of SLE, and are associated with the activity of SLE, which may help to improve the diagnostic rate of SLE.
