首先介绍了山西省育苗生产规模的壮大,并出现了以国有苗圃为龙头,民营个体为主体的社会化、多元化、专业化、产业化的苗木生产格局,使苗木生产区域布局逐步合理。但是,由于对育苗工作在林业生产中基础地位的认识不足,造成苗木生产与林业发展的需求不相适应,产生林木种苗结构性不足与过剩的供需矛盾。为此,提出了提高认识,完善投入机制,调整结构,市场调节等建议,确保种苗生产健康、稳步发展。 First introduced the growth of seedling production in Shanxi Province, and the emergence of a state-owned nursery as a leader, private individuals as the main social, diversified, specialized and industrialized seedling production pattern, so that seedling production area layout gradually and rationally.
