由国家粮食局主持的“十五”国家科技攻关“散粮储运装备技术与应用”项目 ,共设置 9个课题 ,由 8个科研单位承担 ,经过一年多时间的科技攻关 ,已完成攻关任务。 2 0 0 3年 3月 1 5日 ,通过了科技部高新技术及产业化司在京主持的项目验收。该项目围绕国家粮库重点工程建设中的关键技术装备问题 ,选择新仓型的散粮装卸技术与装备、储粮新技术和新材料等内容组织攻关 ,目标明确 ,全部完成了课题任务书规定的攻关任务 ,达到了预定的目标。该项目中的移动式一体化平房仓进出仓装置、浅圆仓装仓技术与装置、基于纳米材料的粮仓隔热涂料、粮仓气密技术、国家粮库建设智能决策支持系统等课题的研究成果在技术上有所创新和突破 ,项目的总体技术水平居国内领先 ,取得的科技成果进行了生产试验 ,具有广泛的推广应用前景。
