为提高瓦斯抽放孔的检验效率,提高矿井的安全性,设计了一种便携式矿用钻孔深度检测仪。在钻杆的侧面安装振动加速度传感器探头,通过力锤敲击钻杆产生冲击弹性波信号,加速度传感器探头接收从钻杆底部反射回来的信号波并传到PAD手持终端进行处理与显示,因为弹性波在钻杆中的传播速度是已知的,根据其传播时间可自动计算出已经打入的钻杆深度。
In order to improve the inspection efficiency of gas drainage holes and improve the safety of the mine, a portable mine drilling depth detector was designed. The vibration acceleration sensor probe is installed on the side of the drill pipe, the impact elastic wave signal is generated when the drill pipe is struck by a hammer, and the acceleration sensor probe receives the signal wave reflected from the bottom of the drill pipe and transmits to the PAD handheld terminal for processing and display. The propagation velocity of a wave in a drill pipe is known, and the depth of the drill pipe that has been driven in is automatically calculated from the propagation time of the wave.
