笔者就临床常用的降脂药心脑康、月见草油、弹性酶对150例老年高脂血症病人进行分组治疗,并对三种药物疗效进行分析比较。全部病例为1987年元月～1989年2月的住院患者,经检查确诊为高脂血症。其中男141例,女9例。年龄55～87岁,平均65.8岁,病程2～15年。其中合并冠心病86例、缺血性脑血管病47例、糖尿病13例、高血压心脏病3例、风心联合瓣膜病1例。全部患者随机分为3组、心脑康组55例,男53例、女2例;月见草油组45例,男41例,女4例;弹性酶组50例。男47例、女3例。每组单纯用一种降脂药。心脑康系河南省周口地区第一制药厂生产,月见草油系白求恩医大制药厂生产,弹
