我厂生产30×30×1100厘米的长桩,模板支拆和移位工序很繁重,车间木工工长和老工人大胆提出了拉模生产方案,使成组的拉动模板沿台座的一端拉动,可在不用人工搬动模板的前提下连续进行生产。经过试验和使用,证明成组拉模是成功的。它的优点是大大减轻了工人的劳动强度;使支拆模板的工效提高了四至五倍;由于模板本身刚度较大,确保了构件的质量,做到了尺寸淮确,表面光;既节约了木材、钉子,又节省了钢材;加快了模板周转次数,提高了模板利用率;做到了一套模板可以生产断面相同
