目的:观察芪红脑苏汤治疗对小鼠体外凝血时间、血瘀证大鼠血小板聚集率、凝血因子及血液流变学和体内血栓形成的影响。方法:50只KM小鼠随机分为空白对照组、法华林钠0.5mg/kg剂量组、芪红脑苏汤15.7、31.4、62.8g/kg剂量组,连续灌胃给药7天,观察各组小鼠体外凝血时间的变化。60只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、尼莫地平8mg/kg剂量组、芪红脑苏汤7.9、15.7、31.4g/kg剂量组,连续灌胃14天后,皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素联合冰水内游泳复制血瘀证模型,观察芪红脑苏汤对血小板聚集率、凝血功能及血液流变学指标的影响。50只KM小鼠,随机分为空白对照组、尼莫地平16mg/kg剂量组、芪红脑苏汤15.7、31.4、62.8g/kg剂量组,连续灌胃给药7天后,除空白对照组外,各组小鼠尾静脉注射血栓诱导剂,对照组注射等体积生理盐水,观察各组小鼠的偏瘫数,偏瘫的恢复数及死亡数,计算偏瘫率与恢复率。结果:芪红脑苏汤15.7g/kg、62.8g/kg均能延长小鼠凝血时间;芪红脑苏汤7.9g/kg、31.4g/kg均能抑制急性血瘀证模型大鼠血小板聚集,芪红脑苏汤7.9g/kg、15.7、31.4g/kg均能延长PT和APTT,7.9、15.7、31.4g/kg能降低大鼠全血粘度,31.4 g/kg能降低血浆黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白;芪红脑苏汤15.7 g/kg、31.4 g/kg、62.8 g/kg均能降低“胶原蛋白-肾上腺素”混合诱导剂致体内血栓偏瘫小鼠偏瘫率和死亡率。结论:芪红脑苏汤具有活血化瘀作用。

The number of hemiplegia, recovery of hemiplegia and death in each group were observed to calculate the hemiparesis rate and recovery rate. Results: Qihongnao Soup 15.7g / kg, 62.8g / kg can prolong the clotting time of mice; Qihongnaosu Tang 7.9g / kg, 31.4g / kg can inhibit platelet aggregation in acute blood stasis model rats , SQT and APTT can be prolonged by 7.9g / kg, 15.7 and 31.4g / kg, respectively. The mean viscosity of whole blood of rats was decreased by 7.9, 15.7 and 31.4g / kg, while the viscosity of plasma could be decreased by 31.4g / The results showed that Qiqi Naoshu Decoction 15.7 g / kg, 31.4 g / kg and 62.8 g / kg could reduce the hemiparesis rate and death rate in mice with thrombosis hemiplegia induced by “collagen-adrenaline” rate. Conclusion: Qihongnaosu Tang has the function of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
