目前,模型动物秀丽线虫已经广泛应用于环境安全评价和环境毒理研究。本文系统综述基于致死率、生殖、运动行为、神经元存活与发育、神经突触活性、肠道自发荧光、应激反应等评价终点进行的秀丽线虫各个发育时期对于环境暴露敏感性差异的研究进展,并总结现有的3种用于分析秀丽线虫各个发育时期对于环境暴露敏感性的方法,进而讨论基于秀丽线虫发育时期的敏感性差异进行环境暴露安全性评价研究中尚存在的问题以及可能的解决策略。
