迈着改革开放的豪迈步伐,我们跨入了本世纪的最后一年——1999年。 回首以往,我们感慨万千,深深体会到:知识就是力量！1980年《铁道知识》作为铁路唯一的科普期刊,在改革开放的春潮中应运而生。18年来,《铁道知识》不负众望,立足铁路,面向社会,传播知识,普及科学,为提高铁路职工素质呕心沥血,为铁路科技进步呐喊助威,辛勤耕耘,终于迎来累累硕果:《铁道知识》已成为全路发行量最大的科普杂志,被评为全国优秀科技期刊;成为深受公众喜爱的“良师益友”。
