小口径容器由于内径较小,内部施焊困难,因而往往采用特殊的施焊方式,如内衬铜垫或焊剂的单面焊双面焊成形;钢衬垫的单面手工焊等。这些措施虽解决一定的问题,但劳动强度大,劳动生产率低,焊接质量的可靠性也差,特别是焊前准备工作相当复杂。为了适应生产发展的需要,我厂试制成功了小口径容器纵、环缝的自动焊机。EA—1000型自动焊机外形见图1。
