目的:探索补肾、健脾、活血三类中药复方对免疫因子引起的下丘脑单胺类神经递质的不同影响。方法:用侧脑室注射白细胞介素1β(IL1β),观测大鼠下丘脑匀浆液中单胺类神经递质的变化,建立一个下丘脑单胺类神经细胞功能对免疫因子的反应状态,以此观察三类中药对这一反应状态的不同影响。结果:侧脑室内注射IL1β能使下丘脑匀浆液中去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量明显降低;补肾的右归饮能使因侧脑室注射IL1β引起下丘脑匀浆液中去甲肾上腺素(NE)含量下降进一步明显降低;而健脾的四君子汤和活血的桃红四物汤则无明显变化。结论:补肾中药能增强下丘脑去甲肾上腺素神经元的活动,未能观察到健脾、活血中药有类似的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the different effects of three kinds of traditional Chinese herbal formulas: tonifying kidney, invigorating spleen, and promoting blood circulation on monoamine neurotransmitters in the hypothalamus caused by immune factors. METHODS: Intracerebroventricular injection of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) was used to observe the changes of monoamine neurotransmitters in rat hypothalamus homogenate to establish a hypothalamic monoamine neuron function response to immune factors. In order to observe the different effects of the three types of Chinese medicines on this reaction state. RESULTS: Intracerebroventricular injection of IL-1β could significantly reduce the norepinephrine (NE) content in the hypothalamus homogenate. Tonifying the kidney with right kidney can make the hypothalamic homogenate in the norepinephrine caused by intracerebroventricular injection of IL-1β. The decrease in the content of rennin (NE) further decreased significantly; while there was no significant change in the spleen of Sijunzitang and Huoxue Taohong Siwu Decoction. Conclusion: Bushen Chinese medicine can enhance the activity of hypothalamic norepinephrine neurons, and failed to observe the similar effects of spleen and blood circulation herbs.
